I recently bought a TV capture card for my computer and I’ve been having fun recording some of the weird shit I come across. The one I will show you today almost killed me. It’s only like 30 seconds long, but it will haunt your dreams. It’s from some Beijing Opera and I am now convinced I never want to actual go see one. If you have a DS (nintendo dual-screen) and you don’t have “Elite Beat Agents” yet, then seriously what the hell are you waiting for? This game is so bad-ass, with hours and hours of fun! It’s a rhythm based game set to popular music, where you have to hit the little circles in order to the beat of the song. Might sound easy, but thats why they have difficulty levels. Not only is it fast paced, but it also have it’s touching moments.
I can’t express how much this game owns. Seriously.
Last night I went to this event in Taipei called Nokia Totally Board. I was the first time they were in Asia. It’s an event where they have snowboarding/skiing and skateboard/Bmx ramps and have a competition. It was a 2 day event with live music and such. The headliner for the music was Coolio! Of course his musical career is dead as he is mainly a movie star now, but nontheless…it was Coolio! He put on a pretty good show, played all of his 2 hits and entertained the crowd. Brought back good memories of High School rappin to Gangsta’s Paradise with my friend Mark. Here is the video of Coolio. Now you may enjoy the pictures.
